Websites
Turn a first visit into a conversation.
Your website's only job is to help someone understand what you do and take the next step. We rebuild or repair it around that, and measure whether it's working.
Make the next step obvious
Most local business websites weren't built badly; they were built once and never revisited. Services drift, photos age, the phone number is in the footer, and nothing tells the visitor what happens after they reach out.
We start from what a customer needs to know before they'll contact you: what you do, where, for whom, what it costs to find out more, and what the process looks like. Then we organize the site so that information is easy to find on a phone, and put a clear call, text, or message option on every page.
Sometimes that means a new site. Often it means targeted changes to the one you have. We'll tell you which before you spend anything.
What's included
The foundation every page shares
Service pages that answer the question
One page per service you actually offer, written the way customers describe the problem, with the area you cover stated plainly.
Real proof, presented well
Your own photos, reviews, and credentials. We don't fabricate any of it, and we help you collect what's missing.
A contact path that works on a phone
Tap-to-call, tap-to-text, and a short form on every page, with a clear statement of what happens after someone reaches out.
Fast, crawlable, accessible
Compressed images, no unnecessary scripts, readable contrast, keyboard access, and clean HTML that search engines and AI systems can read.
Baseline measurement
Inquiry and phone-click tracking set up from day one, with consent handled properly, so you can see what the site produces.
Handover you can live with
You own the domain, the hosting account, and the files. Nothing is held hostage.
Before we start
What we'll ask you for
- Your current website address and who hosts it (or that you don't have one)
- A list of the services you want more of, and any you'd rather not promote
- The area you cover and how you decide what's too far
- Photos of your work and any reviews or credentials you hold
- How inquiries reach you today: phone, form, text, social
Questions
Straight answers
Do I need a whole new website?
Not always. If the structure is sound, targeted changes to content, speed, and the contact path can do most of the work. We'll look first and tell you which route makes sense.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Most local business traffic is on a phone, so we design for a phone first and check on larger screens second.
How is this different from SEO?
Website optimization is about what happens once someone arrives. SEO is about being found in the first place. They overlap, and we usually do both, but they're scoped separately so you can start with one.
Who owns the site afterward?
You do. The domain, hosting, and files are in your name from the start.
